The DC Girls vision is that every Girl would rise to the occasion in her calling.  She would be confident (Phlippians 1:6) in who she is, know that God has a plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11) for her life, and that no matter what the circumstance she would trust God's leading and guiding (Pslam 18:30).
